Ingridients:
* 1 lb (450 g) of shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 1 onion, finely chopped
* 3 cloves of garlic, minced
* 1 cup (200 g) of Arborio rice
* 1 cup (250 ml) of white wine
* 4 cups (1 liter) of seafood or chicken stock
* 1/2 cup (50 g) of grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 tbsp (30 g) of butter
* 2 tbsp (30 ml) of olive oil
* Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking process:
1. Begin by cutting the vegetables.
2. Next, melt butter in a pan and fry 2 cloves of garlic.
3. Add the seafood and cook for 3-4 minutes.
4. In a separate pan or pot, fry onions in olive oil until they are translucent.
5. Add 1 clove of garlic, followed by the rice and continue frying until the rice also becomes translucent.
6. Pour in wine and let it cook until the liquid evaporates.
7. Gradually add the stock, making sure not to add more until the previous liquid has evaporated completely.
8. Once all the liquid has been added, mix in the pre-cooked seafood.
9. Finally, add more butter to the dish as desired, along with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
10. Add salt and paper to taste and mix everything together thoroughly before serving.
