How To Make Lebanese Kibbeh Nayyeh (كبة نيئة)

1/2 cup burghul, washed and soaked
1 brown onion, diced
1 handful fresh mint
500g lamb mince
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tbsp baharat spice
ice cubes (to keep mince cold)

Garnish with olive oil, onion rings and fresh mint

  4. EISH…. NOOO not cinnamon lol.. cumin and some cayenne pepper and some fresh green chilli… drizzle with oil and scoop with pieces of white onion 😛
