Hello my beautiful fam!! Welcome back to my kitchen first of all I want to thank you for being part of our family, and allowing me to be part of yours!!!! ❤️
Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make the best two salsas for tacos seriously the best! The red salsa can also be used to serve on top of chicharrones preparados( my grandma used to make it that way) both salsas are seriously delicious on every taco! Even on just a tortilla by itself! You can adjust the spicyness to your liking- add more chiles to make it more spicy or add less Chile arbol to make it less spicy- for me the amount I use is perfect as my mom would say salsa no es salsa si no pica 😅
keep in mind like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, you can always adjust it to your taste, I really hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family do, and as always if you do please forget to give me a big thumbs up, comment down below your thoughts and if you new to my channel please hit that subscribe button so you can be part of our family!!!!!! 😘

  1. I love you all!!! Hope you are all having a blessed and beautiful day, enjoy another easy and delicious recipe on the best salsas, seriously the best! Make sure you read the description box 😊

  2. Hi Claudia, I am wondering about the chiles de arbol in the salsa roja. Did you just add them to the tomatoes raw, or did you boil or char them at all? I watched that section of the video several times but I didn't hear mention of raw or boiled or charred? I am retired, I love Mexican cuisine, and love watching your cooking videos. Thank you.

  3. Just tried this salsa recipe and it was terrible 🤢. I didn't have fresh tomatoes so i used 1 cup ketchup per tomato. I also didn't have cilantro so i substituted it with lettuce. Peppers are too spicy for me so i used paprika powder instead. Don't know how latinos eat this stuff?

  4. Thank you! I've been searching for ages for these! My friends husband doesn't speak English and he called it chile…I searched everywhere and finally found what he did! 😂thank you❤❤❤

  5. Salsa Roja was absolutely delicious! I made both, with some asada tacos and they complimented the tacos very well, Thank you!

  6. I love all your recipes and great advice! Can't wait to get your book so I don't have to write it all down. I'm wondering what brand your blender is; it seems so easy to use and works great. Thank you for sharing all your cooking knowledge. This was very much needed!

  7. Man, one's quality of life simply improves after ensuring at least one fresh salsa is available at the house! These are both delicious recipes! There's must be some magic that happens when you fry the onion and cilantro. Thank you for sharing. I just made your street tacos the other night, as well. Thanks for introducing me to chef merido seasoning, haha. It's a game changer.

  8. I had to watch this video again! I’m making the green salsa today. My first green salsa I’ve ever made 😋👍

  9. In the video you say to use 1 tsp of salt but in the description you write 2 tsp of salt for the red sauce.

  10. um ok i am running out the door right NOW to buy all those ingredients and corn tortillas…man, mexican food is my favorite!!!

  11. 6:44 both salsas were delicious! I have a red salsa recipe for chip n dip, but these two work great for that plus tacos, huevos rancheros, etc
    Thank you!
