Pomegranate Paste is a healthy & delicious condiment made out of pomegranate fruit. It is used in Persian & Turkish Cuisine. Very easy to make your own home version pomegranate paste. Watch this video to see how to make this healthy & yummy paste of your own.

Ingredients: 2 KG of Pomegranate Paste – Salt 1 Tablespoon (Optional)

Preparation:
Remove the hard skin from the pomegranate & take the juice of it using an electric juicing machine.
Transfer the juice in a cooking pot & place over medium temperature heat until boil. Keep it until the juice gets thicken (it might take longer time); mix the juice once in a while to prevent sticking at the bottom of the pot.
Once it reaches to your desired thickness, add the salt if you wish to & it is time to remove it from the stove and let it cool down in room temperature.
Transfer it to a glass jar and keep it in fridge. You can use it for up to 2 weeks. It is great to use for salad dressing & cooking.
