This is my fav lemon pound cake recipe.
It has a strong lemon flavor, buttery, and super moist.
I’ll share the recipe bellow! But keep a note since i am an Asian and we usually prefer our baked goods to be less sweet, you might want to increase the sugar in the recipe.

110gr Butter.
125gr. Sugar (maybe put 150-160gr for a sweeter one)
10gr. Lemon zest (1 Lemon)
30gr. Oil.
2. Eggs.
30gr Lemon juice.
187gr. All purp flour.
5gr. BP.
1gr Salt.
100gr. Milk.

**Using cream the butter method
**Bake at 160C for 40-50mins

*Lemon icing:
100gr Icing sugar
20gr. Lemon juice
