i make this stock once every 3 months or so. its the best! i get chicken wings for almost free at my local grocery store in the uk when on the sell by date, freeze them and when the old veg is up for grabs for a couple of pence i grab those too and its time to start 🙂 i jar up the stock and freeze for when we need it most in winter. best thing to fight off a cold my gran always says. i think its a really nice way to use up what was going to go to waste and turn it into golden flavor.
