These Greek-inspired Grilled Salmon Mediterranean Bowls combine rice, veggies and grilled salmon for a great new way to enjoy salmon. In this video, salmon filet is sliced and lightly seasoned before grilling directly on hot grill grates. Then, the rice is cooked with chicken broth for added flavor. We loaded up our bowls with rice under a layer of cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, olives, tzatziki, feta cheese and fresh dill. It’s all topped off with grilled salmon, a little olive oil and some red wine vinegar.
