Next time try the real Italian "wedding" soup, it's called "minestra maritata". The American version has meatballs, the neapolitan version has real meat inside, I love with pork ribs, sausages, pork feet and pork cheeks but you can put chicken, beef and sausage if you don't find that kind of meat.
