  2. Interesting that you use beef stock. I have used vegetable or chicken in mine ( I make risotto a lot), I will definitely try beef stock next time.

  3. I am going to try to make this tonight. I found a written recipe first (turns out, almost exactly like this one!), but watching your video has helped tremendously to figure out all the nuances of cooking this dish – looks amazing! I hope mine tastes (almost) as good! ☺
