How To Make Egyptian Dukkah Spice Mix

2 cups white sesame seeds
1/4 cup coriander seeds
1 cup hazelnuts
2/3 cup whole almonds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika

  1. I love your videos but I would like to correct something that is dukha is Palestinian not Egyptian you can eat it with bread and olive oil.

    Great content but you really need to invest in the production quality of these video. Get a dedicated mic for your lapel and filter our ambient noise. This channel has so much potential but the production quality takes away from the quality and subject matter.

  5. You should add the white sesame seeds towards the end as they will toast the quickest
