

Meat Church’s Holy VooDoo seasoning mixed in with a little baking powder. Started at 225 with super smoke for 45 minutes, then finished at 350. Tossed in Bachman’s Japanese BBQ sauce mixed with red pepper chili flakes. Very happy with how they turned out!
