  4. You definitely don't use boneless pork, and you definitely don't de-bone it. There's also no mint in mojo marinade. It's not a cocktail. You also never put the pickles and the mustard together.

  9. I realize this is the Miami style cuban sandwich. The cuban sandwiches in Tampa are made differently. Ive had both styles but I’m from Tampa so I’m bias and prefer the Tampa cuban sandwich better. I also don’t like the way pork taste so thats a reason too

  14. I remember in the mid 80s early 90s going clubbing into NYC and then coming home back queens and stopping by The Lechonera a Cuban joint and enjoying a Cuban sandwich with a papaya milk shake 😮in the wee hours of the morning, fun memories 😮

  15. Bis kurz vor dem Zeitpunkt, an dem er den Käse mit dem Flambierbrenner 🚫 bearbeitet dachte ich noch, das es recht gut aussieht. Nach dem Zeitpunkt mit dem Flambierbrenner und der zweiten Pfanne auf dem Cubanos, habe ich aufgehört zuzuschauen. Ich selbst bin Köchin. : )
    Der Käse zerläuft ganz von alleine, wenn das Brot zu erst komplett belegt in der Pfanne von beiden Seiten getoastet wird, erst danach kommt die Butter auf das Brot und wird zuende geröstet. Es braucht auch nur eine ordentliche Palette zum Wenden und etwas andrücken des Cubanos, also ganz ohne zweite Pfanne obenauf. Und wo waren Zwiebeln? ; ) Aber jeder wie ihm beliebt.
