  8. 1 pound of rotisserie chicken
    2 celery stalks
    5 green onions
    4 hard boiled eggs
    2 teaspoons of Creole Mustard
    2 teaspoons of Yellow Mustard
    1 Tbls fresh dill
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sugar for sweetness or omit
    2 heaping Tbls of Mayo

    Add all of your ingredients.
If its too dry, add more mayo.
Equal parts of Creole and Yellow Mustard.

I could be off on the measurements of seasonings but that's what I saw…just eyeballing it. I'm the same way. I add in red grapes for sweetness. I never use sugar. Some ppl will add walnuts or slivered almonds. I don't. I keep it simple but flavorful. I hope this helped.
