    4-6 Green Onions

    1 Bell Pepper

    1-2 Carrots

    1/4 -1/2 cups Mint

    1/4 -1/2 cups Parsley

    1 Lemon

    6 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    1 tbs Honey

    1 tbs Fresh Turmeric/ 1tsp Powdered Turmeric

    Salt and Pepper

  8. Note to self: this is pretty sharp tasting so I combined it with a container of garlic hummus.
    Can not BELIVE how good it is. I am blown away. New snack dip to bring to parties!

    Quinoa-1 1/2 cups
    Green onion- 4-6
    Red bell pepper-1
    Carrots- 1 or 2
    Mint-1/4-1/2 cup
    Parsley-1/4-1/2 cup
    Lemon juice-1
    Olive oil- 6 tbsp
    Honey or maple syrup
    Raisins- 1/2 cup
    Tumeric- 1 tblsp
    Salt pepper- to taste

  10. Note to self: this is SO good plain but you can make it into a burrito filling by adding a tub of hummus! Add iceberg lettuce on top and it’s a vegan burrito!
