  1. I have used this base which works great. Just wondering if you knew what adjustments I would need to make for chocolate/coffee flavoured ice cream?

  2. I love when people use their knowledge and experience to make things easier. This is definitely an improved ice cream recipe!

  3. Nice vid. Im very interested in the way you cook the egg just by dropping the hot milk on it and not returning to the cook.
I have a recipe that uses eggs but tells you not to cook it…this seems dodgy. But your recipe seems like a great idea…and probably gives a fresher, non cooked flavour.

  4. Hey, amazing recipe!
Can I use milkmaid instead of glucose syrup?
It's a lot more easily available in my country, just that's why!

  5. If you don't have the ice cream maker, instead of pouring the mixture in a machine what should I do. Thanks for this lovely ice cream. Any response will be appreciated

  9. Does it matter if you have a ice cream maker I feel like there really exspensive. Do you have a cheap one that works really well that would do the same trick

  10. If your not bothered about raw eggs can you just add them in cold? All recipes I see for ice cream requires the custard method and I have never been able to to it, they always cook no matter how little I add at the same time, I just want a recipe I can bung in my maker lol.
