How To Make Chermoula Prawns

1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp chopped fine parsley
1 tbsp chopped fine coriander
1 tbsp lemon juice
3-4 tbsp olive oil
500g raw prawns, butterflied

3 tbsp olive oil for cooking
Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley
