Just made this. Had to make a couple of substitutions- used frozen blueberries and tapioca flour. Still came out really great. I will definitely make again, next time I would probably omit the lemon zest, not because it’s not delicious, but the blueberry pie from my childhood didn’t have that lemony kick. Overall fantastic! Thank you!

I am an experienced cook and have cooked for decades this is hands down one of the best blueberry pie recipe I’ve cooked and enjoyed. Mashing some of the blueberries, tapioca for thickening and then add the more fresh blueberries! Oh my! The consistency is over the top! Thanks for sharing!
