Welcome….a wonderful delicious Recipe for Lava Cake Truffle Cookies.
Lava Cake Truffle Cookies
Ingredients:
1-1/3 cups Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Butter, roomtemp
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
2/3 cup Rolled Oats
8 oz. Chocolate Lava Cake Flavored Truffles
Combine Flour, Salt & Baking Powder, whisk well and set aside.
Cream together Butter, Sugar & Brown Sugar.
Add Egg and Vanilla.
Incorporate Flour Mixture.
Fold in Oats & Truffles.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.
Line Cookie Sheet with Baking Mat.
Preheat Oven 350° F
Drop rounded Tablespoon of dough equally apart onto Cookie Sheet.
Bake 12 – 14 minutes.
Rest Cookies for 5 minutes on Sheet & cool completely on Wire Rack.
Repeat with rest of the dough.
