Sourdough bread really brings the tangy flavor tuna melt needs aside from the lemon I put. Cheddar cheese is my cheese of choice. You can add your favorite cheeses to the mix as well!

TUNA MELT SANDWICH
Makes 2 sandwiches
Ingredients:
– 1 can (180g) drained tuna in water
– 1/2 Small sized red Onion
-1/4 Lemon or 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
– 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
– Salt and Pepper to taste
– 1 tsp Sugar (optional)
– Sourdough bread
– Butter
– Cheddar Cheese
