Ingredients:
5 Cups Chopped Fresh Peaches
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (5ml)
1 Cup Flour (120g)
1 Cup Rolled Oats (80g)
1/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar (48g)
1/4 Cup White Sugar (48g)
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Salt (1.5g)
3/4 Cup Cold Butter, Cubed (168g)

Directions:
1. Drizzle vanilla over chopped peaches and toss to coat. Grease an 8 by 8 in. baking dish with butter. Put peaches in the prepared dish. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut butter into flour mixture until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle topping evenly over peaches.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 375F for 45 minutes or until peaches are bubbly and topping is lightly browned.
