  1. Too much oil, I toss the broccoli into the pasta pot in the last minutes and add much less oil once the pasta in on the plate, with fresh herbs.Saves energy. Easier to digest, less calories.

  2. Aha! "A smaller pot will give more starch." Finally somebody gets it hooray Steve. So tired of seeing clips of people cooking 500 grams of pasta in 5 liters of water. Waste of time, energy, and starch.

  3. Pro tip: Add some spicy Italian ground sausage! I’ve made a pasta just like this but with spicy Italian sausage and it one of my favorites!

  4. Usually its always better to use a big pot in my opinion especially for the spaghetti as its also easier to maneuver. But it looks very well done and delicious
