Leche Flan Recipe is originally a french dessert called creme caramel which became a sensational food in the Philippines.

You will see it everywhere around the country and usually served during occasions such as birthdays, Christmas, weddings etc.

It looks easy to cook but quite challenging to perfect we actually had to try several times and this is the best version we had.

Ingredients:

10 fresh eggs
380g condensed milk
390g evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar

  1. hello po tanung ko lang if pwede po bang tumagal ang eggyolk and milk mixture sa counter ng ilang oras? by batch po sana kasi ako mag luluto ng lecheflan. Salamat po sa sasagot

    10 eggs

    Steam for 30 to 35 minutes

  3. I want to know po sana kung kailangan po bang malamig na yong caramelize na sugar..bago ilagay yong pinaghalong mixture..di po kasi nabanggit sa video..thank u

  4. Tinry ko ito, Ang ending Mukha siyang scrambled egg kasi na-overmix Nung pinsan ko kaya BAwal talaga siyang imix Ng imix dapat talaga dahan dahan lang siya sa PAG mix
