This salmon recipe is perfect when cooking/hosting a large party.
You can literally go from oven-to-table with this dish. Utilize the same roasting pan you prepped and cooked your salmon on as a serving dish.

This recipe serves 10-12 people.

Ingredients:
Atlantic Salmon ( I had about 8-10 ounces pp ).
Olive Oil
Garlic
Sea Salt.
Fresh Black Pepper.
Oregano (fresh & dry).
Thyme.
Worcestershire sauce (woostersheer sauce…lol).
Goya (Salad & Vegetables Seasoning) common in the international section/amazon link below.
Borsari Original Seasoning.
2 Oranges.
2 Lemons.
Shallots.
Scallions.

Preheat your oven | 350 convection bake
-make sure to place uncovered ^ cook to your preferred temperature.

You can pair this dish with a side of veggies and mash potatoes, or dirty rice.
