Ingredients:
Arborio risotto: 1 cup
chicken broth. 5 cups
Or
Take 5 cups water and 3 chicken cubes.Boil the water and add chicken cubes.when chicken cubes are dissolved and water starts boiling, then chicken broth is ready.
Olive oil: 3-4 tbs
Chopped onion:1 small
Garlic cloves:2 crushed
Butter: as required
Mushroom. 250 grams
Salt . To taste
Black pepper powder. To taste
Fresh thyme.1/2 tsp
If you do not have then use 2 pinches of dried thyme
Chopped parsley. 2 tbs
Grated hard cheese. 1/4 cup
