YOĞURTLU KIRMIZI LAHANA – RED CABBAGE WITH YOGURT 👇

TÜRKÇE TARİF:

MALZEMELER:
* 1 adet küçük boy kırmızı lahana
* 1 adet büyük boy soğan
* Sıvı yağ (soğanı kavurmak için)
* 1 kutu yoğurt
* İsteğe bağlı 2-3 diş sarımsak

YAPILIŞI:
– 1 adet soğanı makinede rendeleyin.
– Yıkanmış kırmızı lahanayı minik parçalara bölün ve soğan rendeleme makinesinde rendeleyin.
. Tencerede zeytinyağ ile hafif kavrulduktan sonra üzerine rendelenmiş kırmızı lahanaları ilave edin. Hafif ateşte kapağı kapalı olarak ve arada bir karıştırarak pişirin. Çok hafif diri kalsınlar.
– Pişmiş lahanaları süzgece alıp kaşıkla hafif bastırarak süzün.
– Soğuduktan sonra rendelenmiş sarımsak ve yoğurtla karıştırın.

RED CABBAGE WITH YOGURT 👇

INGREDIENTS:
* 1 small red cabbage
* 1 large onion
* Olive oil (to roast the onion)
* 1 pack of yogurt
* Optionally 2-3 cloves of garlic

HOW TO MAKE:
– Chop 1 onion in the machine.
– Cut the washed red cabbage into tiny pieces and chop them in the machine (same as chopping onions).
– Lightly fry the chopped onions with olive oil and add the grated red cabbage. Cook on low heat with the lid closed and stirring occasionally. Do not overcook.
– Put the cooked cabbage in a strainer and drain the water by pressing slightly with a spoon.
After it cools, mix it with grated garlic and yogurt.
