Ingredients:

Vospov Kofte
– 1 cup red lentils
– 1 cup bulgur, #1 or fine
– 3 cups water
– ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
– 1 tsp. cumin
– 1 tsp. pepper paste
– Salt to taste

Garnish
– Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped
– Green onions, chopped

Tomato Cucumber Salad
– Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped

– Cucumber
– Onion
– Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Lemon Juice
– Salt
