They pair well with just about any main entrée – beef, chicken, lamb, pork and seafood! It’s my go-to potato recipe for hosting dinners, grilled or roasted meats and everyday meals! This 30-minute potato recipe is always a hit for dinner! Plus, you can season them with your favorite spices and herbs, too!

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs (910 g) baby potatoes
Salt and black pepper
2 to 3 tbsp (28-43 g) butter, melted
2 to 3 tbsp (30-45 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1 tbsp parsley
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
For Topping:
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp fresh thyme
½ cup grated parmesan cheese

    2) Then additional 10 minutes in the broiler – no foil

  2. Don’t hear a crunch that means it’s shit. Boil them until they are soft and then put them in the oven

I stuck to the recipe and even took your suggestion to add paprika (didn't feel like looking for the smoked in the cubbard, I'm under the weather). I used cashew butter (Miyokos) because it was on hand. I paired the potatoes with steamed peas for a simple dinner. Quite tasty.
