  4. I don't have a stand mixer. how long would I need to knead it by hand? I would imagine longer since I don't have the ferocity of a mixer. but I do t want to over knead.

  6. love this recipe all except using spay cooking crap… it wrecks any non stick coating, and not to mention is is NOT good for you.. I personally use Clarified Butter or a good veg. oil.. something with a higher smoke point than olive oil

  7. one other note.. .never go above 110 degrees water for proofing Yeast.. especially fast yeast.. it can and most likely will kill it.. just Saiyan…

  8. Do you have to use bread flour or can you use regular flour? I would like to know what my other option is if I do not have an instant pot to use?

  9. can you atleast measure the amount of yeast needed? not everyone has "2 packets" of yeast
