  1. Fry the bread in oil it will taste better. Also ghis type of bread is so thick try the labanense one. We don't redishes at all and the sauce must contains pomegrante concentrated sauce also try adding origano it will make it taste much better

  2. > Red bell peppers

    > white wine vinegar

    > sumac being replaced with lemon zest

    > not deep frying the pita

    > hollowing out the cucumbers

    > insisting on cherry tomatoes making things tougher for yourself

    REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

  3. I’m sorry but that is NOT fattoush. First of all the main ingredient is baby lamb lettuce( can’t believe that was missing). Normal lettuce isn’t used (although we do use it sometimes when we don’t have baby lamb lettuce). Bell pepper and parsley were an odd addition that aren’t traditionally added. The dressing doesn’t have to be that complicated. Garlic, salt, vinegar and Pomegranate molasses. Pitta should be fried (although baking isn’t that bad). We don’t add oil because the vinegar should be enough to make it not dry. I love fattoush but that just looked like a normal salad for me

  4. Love fatoush but I make it with a warm yogurt sauce. Omg, so good! Also a great way to use up leftover lamb. Drool…

  5. we dont add white wine vinegar we add apple its has that sour stingy taste
and the bread should be fried and outside the fattush
but it was a great job

  6. Note from a leb: In the 'Leb' version, you use a flat bread called, Leb bread (ironic ik), and you chuck that into the microwave and crisp it up, smash it and mix it together with the salad.

  7. If you not an Arab, then stay away from our food!!!!! Don't be teaching it all wrong!!! Go teach how to boil potatoes instead. Arab food is out of your league, and most importantly you need to be an Arab to know how to cook it proper!!

  8. I just clicked on this expecting it to be nowhere near the real thing, and I wasn't disappointed.
