    We serve this at our restaurant. I like to pound out the chicken breast until its a bit thin so the breast meat and crispy bread coating go together with the perfect crunch every bite. We also serve it with regular syrup or house made sriracha maple syrup. Its literally the best thing ever

    In the world of food pairings, chicken and waffles has to be the most absurd combo I have ever heard of. How on earth did this become a thing??? Maybe we can start a new weird trend with salmon and pancakes, or maybe shrimp gravy and biscuits. I know this is something of a current fad, like sun dried tomatoes and roasted garlic that must be done in order to be a "foodies" or whatever but does anyone normally eat chicken and waffles?

    I wish you could spend more time with your Griswold waffle iron, I have one and I do struggle with it. I like waffles a whole bunch more than pancakes, but their just to much work for me. Now that chicken looks mighty tasty. God’s blessings to you and your family.

    Don't let 'em get on you about the size of your bites. If I had that chicken-waffle for dinner I'd have the entire thing in my hand and eat it like a huge slice of pizza!
