It looks good.i would eat the entire cake if it were in front of me.and i lie not.just give me some ginger ale and thst cake is gone.i am vegan when i can,but forget vegan and serve me up a slice of this olive oil cake.i love olive oil and i dont mind it in cakes especially this beauty on that table.

  4. Hi & tku for your wonderful demonstration & step by step process! After searching so many, I finally found & subscribed! I didn't see you use the hand mixer for everything except the egg whites! Wow, just to make sure is that the way to go, or should I beat everything before putting flour in bowl! & then of course beating the egg whites separately 1st & adding the rest of the sugar. Tks again, will be making this soon! 😀
