Stuffed Figs Recipe With Walnuts And Cream

* Healthy
* Without gluten

Ingredients

* 15-20 figs
* 1/2 cup of sugar (I used unrefined cane sugar.)
* 2 tablespoons of butter (I used ghee butter.)
* 1 cup of water
* Enough walnuts
* 1 packet of cream

Instructions;

* Keep the figs in hot water until they soften.
* Remove the stem and divide them into two.
* Fill them with walnuts
* Place them in the pot.
* Add the sugar on the figs.
* Add the ghee butter.
* Add the water.
* Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes with the lid of the pot closed.
* Open the lid of the pot at the end.
* Continue to be cook on low heat until the water is absorbed.
* Leave them to cool down.
* Fill the figs with cream.
* Decorate them with pistachio powder.
* Serve them cold.

Making the cream;

* Pour 1 packet liquid cream into the whisk and whip it with a mixer. When it solidifies, put it in the squeezing bag and squeeze it between the figs on the walnuts.
