OMG!!!! so easy and soooo good!! My daughter and I made it together. My new FAVE xoxoxo
Just made some myself. Came out pretty good I substituted some of my ingredients. Very tasty. My new soup to make next to chili.
I'm going to make this later. I'll let you know how it turned out. 😊
Lemon juice 😂 no no
Wish I had healthy ketchup or tomato’s paste with no sugar
Can i use regular tomatoes instead of canned? I know this might be a dumb question but im a beginner 😭
I have made this several times and we love it.
Can this be cooked in an Instapot?
I accidentally added cayenne to this recipe lol
Want to try this with French green lentils.
Soak your lentils, they will be very grainy if you do it this way.
Very bland. I won't make it again. There are much better recipes for lentil soup.
Looks good. About to make it. For how long do I cook it.
This recipe is really very good , 👍
I changed a couple things but did everything in this order, so delicious. Thank you!

Toss in some cornbread and I'm good 😊
This was totally delicious thank you 🙏
I’m so making some tonight😋
❤Thank you this soup is delicious! 😋❤️
Can anyone tell me if the lentils are suppose to be cooked before you throw them in the soup or do they cook in the soup this is my first time ever making lentils I’ve never had it.
Doctor KNOTnots : You need a juke box, not Youtube.
Great recipe! Delicious, and especially appreciate the short video!
That’s a stew, not soup! You should really consider blending at least half of it to give it a smother texture as soup should be.
Thanks!
Thank you for the video and recipe! I made this for dinner tonight and it was fantastic!! I normally don't eat lentils and was avoiding using my little 16 oz package. I increased the ingredient portions a bit and used the celery leaves instead of parsley. It was really, really good, and I highly recommend this dish to anyone wishing for a warm, flavorful soup. I will probably make this many more times. Thank you, again!
😊💖🙏
Don't put the salt in until the end. The beans will be softer that way
Looks great could I add some meat to this?
Thanks! This was great. Unfortunately, I only had 4 cups of vegetable stock but to make up for the other 4, I used 2 tomato + chicken bullion cubes with 2 cups of water. We also were short on Oregano so we used Herb de Province, Thyme and Basil. We even tossed in a little Mrs. Dash Chipolte flavorings. In hindsight, should have added 3 or 4 cups of water because a lot of the stock boiled away. I would just chalk it up to needing to add more water the next time. The next day it was even more flavorful. Placed some scallions and real feta cheese from Trader Joe's on top of the soup and it was so super good! Can't wait to make it again. 👍
Delish.
