  5. Guy is annoying. The music is too loud. His voice echoes. Some of his tips were shown on other youtube videos. .

  6. I've made italian wedding soup tons of times but as we speak I'm trying this recipe right along with you cause it sounded amazing!! 🤞🤞🤞 I don't mess it up! Smells great so far!!

  7. I'm 7 years late with this video and Joe I've got to tell you that you are a joy to watch. I made IWS for the first time two weeks ago and it was almost the same as yours. You taught me a couple of tricks to make it better so I'm ready for the next batch of Italian Wedding Soup. Thanks for a great video and you now have a new subscriber.

  8. I'm still using my nonnas recipe . 1 boil a whole chicken when fully cooked remove from the liquid in the pot cool and shred the meat.
2 add the mirapoix to the broth and simmer
3 add the meatballs , chicken and escarole not spinach bring to a boil 20 minutes and done .
    Serve with garlic toast

  9. NO! You're complicating the instructions. I think you may possibly have a great personal family style recipe if you lessen the yap. I personally would never add the orange, but I appreciate the personal family flair.

  10. I’ve been making this for years but came across your video today and had to have it lol Made a nice sized batch and it’s almost gone lol Enjoyed your video 🙂

  11. Hi we could hear you better if you turn down or turn off the background music. Then you would t have to yell. Lol
I’m Sicilian and we only use pecorino Romano cheese. Grandpa insisted on it. 😊

  12. I used chicken broth and added fresh baby spinach in the end. Came out horrible and salty and I never added salt.

  13. I make exacly the same , but use spinach and smaller meatballs ❤️❤️❤️
