oh my god this looks so good
We make this and bean dip for every gathering.
GLORIOUS!
Served this at our last gathering. Three guests left complaining of chest pain and sweating and nause. One fine lady said she did not shit for a week because she was bound by all of the cheese. Now that's entertaining!
Nice yummy delicious recipe.
Without the music this would be a good ASMR video
I was in, until you force me to freaking register an account to see the recipe. Tacky!!
Nah keep the music don't listen to the young generation 🙄 they obviously don't know about music and the art behind that piece. I would love to get the name of the music background 😍 and as for the recipe here I'm 🤤🤤🤤😍 I absolutely love artichokes 😊
How are you not gonna give measurements smh
Measurements should be in description. And you shouldn’t have to sign up on the website just to see the recipe. Ridiculous ugh ruined it for me
Man its cheese with spinach not spinach with cheese.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
1 12-ounce bunch fresh spinach, finely chopped (or 1 10-ounce package frozen spinach, defrosted, drained and finely chopped)
Pinch of red-pepper flakes (optional)
Kosher salt and black pepper
1 (14-ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, cut into 1-inch pieces
4 ounces fresh mozzarella, torn or shredded
4 ounces sour cream or full-fat Greek yogurt
¼ cup Pecorino Romano or Parmesan, finely grated
Looks yummy

Omg I never thought to stove top cook this. Looks amazing!
The music and recipe is sooooo bad it can not even rattle the serious clog of cheese, fat, salty and chewy bowel obstruction in my gut. My heart beats rapidly, my kidneys are failing andmy blood pressure blew the cuff thinking about this slop. I suspect my bowel bomb that finally landed was green from the hint of spinach.
Why do you expect people to subscribe and PAY when there are a thousand other same recipes (and prob better) on here for FREE. SO ridiculous.
2-3 T XVOO
1 clove garlic, minced
8-12 oz fresh spinach
1/2 t red pepper flakes
salt/pepper
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz mozzarella
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 c parm
ad lib. . .
white pepper
Italian seasoning
1/2 c leftover ricotta
creme fraiche for sour cream
extra 1/4 c parm
heavy cream, if nec, added by the T, did not need it. . .
It is not rocket science, just melted cheese dip. Don't fill it up with mayo and glop.
You're welcome.
Made this exact recipe, came out bomb
