Gavurdagi Salad | Gavurdağı Salatası
Ingredients:
3 large tomatoes, finely diced
1⁄4 bunch parsley
2 green peppers, finely diced
6-7 green onions
1 onion, finely diced
Directions:
3⁄4 cups walnuts, finely chopped
1 lemon juice Pomegranate molasses Olive oil
salt

Finely dice tomatoes, peppers, onions, and chop parsley, green onions, and walnuts. Place all in a large bowl.
To prepare a dressing for the salad, combine olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, and salt in a separate bowl. Whisk them well together. Pour the dressing over the salad. Mix well.
