MEXICAN BEEF TACOS | Collaboration



There’s nothing like homemade beef tacos! You can have as many fillings as you have. We’re having it the Mexican way—bursting in flavors that you’ll be yearning for more!

Ingredients for beef taco recipe:
500 grams Ground beef
1 small each of red and green Bell peppers
1 small Onion (diced)
3 tablespoons Oil
2 cloves Garlic
1 medium Tomato (diced)
1 tbsp Oregano
1 teaspoon Chili flakes
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
1 teaspoon Black pepper

For the enchilada:
Small onion
A little fresh coriander (mine is cilantro)
A little lemon juice
Small tomato head
Salt, to taste
Tacos (or any tortilla bread with white flour or yellow corn flour)
