  1. “I’m in a hurry I wanna eat this stuff really bad!” 😂😂😂😂

  2. Maybe adding more sugar or adding a liqueur like limoncello would help since it lowers the freezing point. That way it won't solidify as much

  3. I’ve been saving cups of Luigi’s Italian ice to make my own. If I was to follow this recipe up to the freeze for the initial 30 minutes, fluff it with a fork and then scoop the mixture into the cups and freeze those would I get the same results? EVERY recipe I find says to put the mixture back into the freezer for an hour or 2. Thing is, I want single serve cups when it’s fully “cured”

  4. Its this simple to make and ive been buying it from a store? What the heck! I could be making numerous flavors besides watermelon as well. Oh boy, going to the grocery store tomorrow will be a treat!

  5. I was in hospital and for first few days Italian ice was only thing I could eat and fell in love with it. The strawberry one looks just like the ones I had. I love how quiet your blender is. Do you list your equipment anywhere? 😋🥰

  6. That’s not Italian ice that’s a nasty mess and not the way to serve it either where the traditional white paper cups you shouldn’t have made a video on something you don’t know how to make

  7. maybe put the strawberry and peaches into ice cube trays too freeze. Then put the the frozen ice cubes in a food processor, that might help with the texture to be more fluffy. Also easier to scoop as well,
