Can anyone recommend a see through disposable bread container ? I frost my pumpkin bread, so I can't wrap it or put it in a bag without messing up the frosting. I've looked everywhere on line but can't find the right sized container.

Made this today, and forgot to use eggs in the main cake (not filling). Guess what? it still turned out excellent. Crazy eh?

Made it last night and tasted it this morning. Awesome, though a little heavy. Maybe I skimped on the baking powder of baking soda.
Any adjustments if I wanted to leave out the cream cheese filling.

You can make 4 smaller loaves and give as Christmas gifts!! Or 2 small and one large!! I love doing this and folks love it!!

Thank you so much for this recipe! I made it tonight for my in laws since they love pumpkin! It was so delicious and soft and the perfect amount of sweetness (I decided to leave out the chocolate chips) I will definitely be making it again and I’ll try one with the chocolate chips!
If you have a tea loaf pan that will fit all of the batter in one pan what temp. of oven and how long??
I've been looking up pumpkin bread recipes cuz i have a bunch of canned pumpkin I need to use. All the recipes have looked good. This is recipe is over the top good. Lol.
