BEEF NACHOS WITH CHEESE SAUCE (2 SERVINGS)
Beef mixture:
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of minced garlic
500g minced beef
120g diced fresh tomatoes
120g yellow onion
Seasoning blend:
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp tomato paste

Cheese sauce:
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
360ml milk
1 tbsp hot sauce/buffalo sauce
salt (if needed)

1 pack of tortilla chips ( I use Herr’s restaurant-style tortilla chips)
Green onion for garnish
