  2. results were not that great. I just made this exactly according to the recipe.

    it doesn't come out brown enough at 400 for 15 min. i even put the butter on top as he suggested and all my ingredients were at room temp.

    if you bake it much longer than 15 min the shrimp over cooks, I went to 20 min for a few of the pieces.

    I don't expect to make this recipe again as the cooking time is off for the ingredients setup. maybe he's using a convection oven? convection ovens tend to give more of a crust cook.

    i would either put way less crab meat on the shrimp or simply low broil the crab/shrimp for 10-15 min until well browned on top and the shrimp will cook enough — shrimp cooks very fast.

  5. THANK U Pasquale 4 this recipe. I made it last night for my husband & myself. After it was done I put a little Old Bay seasoning on top just 4 a little extra flavor & color …. So much Crazy things, I don't like too much, anyway, I made 24 shrimp like this, but I gotta put one egg in the crab mixture, glass of wine So Much More Important! Dish look a beautiful my friend, I shared with my Neighbors with the wine, a little beer, a little vodka, Salute My Friend and NJ Neighbor!!

  8. This recipe looks yummy. But do you think that it has too much fat, butter, cholesterol?
    In almost your cooking, you use lot of olive oil. I wonder if it affects our health. You drink wine and eat lot of garlic which is good for health. You look slim, happy, healthy. I feel happy when i find out your channel. You gave us a good feeling like we are family. There is the spice of love on your cooking channel. Love is the best , healthiest food.
    I went to school in Europe. I love Italy.

  9. Remember in a restaurant they would charge you 25$+(more if they use real crab or heaven forbid lobster) for those three shrimp plates

  10. crab meat is so delicate and sweet, I think 1-2 cloves of garlic would be enough so it doesn't overpower the delicate flavour of the crab
