  1. I am an American chef 👩🏾‍🍳 living in milan and working with Italian chefs and each step of this is wrong and never made with tomato paste. A fail

  2. Start your pasta well ahead of the sauce! The sauce will cook in barely more time than the pasta cooking time!

  4. It looks really good. I just don't understand why you'd put vodka instead of, i don't know, white wine? cognac? vodka has no taste.

  5. Why does no one know how to make good vodka sauce? I'm not sure which was worse. The jokes or her recipe?
