Hello there, I am wanting to make this for a dinner party tomorrow night and I noticed that the recipe on Donal's website says 4 EGGS but on the demo here here he uses 2 EGGS ?? I am thinking its 2 as that's what he did?? Can you confirm please ?

I think you need to skip the brown sugar, it is way too sweet. I only add half of it, still super sweet.
