  4. I've loved Asian dumplings and dim sum ever since I was a child (about 55 years ago now). I just happened upon this video and thoroughly enjoyed the wonderfully entertaining presentation. It's been a few years since I've made my own dumplings (with chicken rather than pork), but now that I've learned your "secrets", I believe it's time I stock up on the necessary ingredients and give these gyoza a try. Thanks so much for sharing your dumpling knowledge and your special tips with the rest of us.

  5. Gyoza and dumplings are my to die for favorite. Aside from the steamed version, some fried it for added crunch and match it with a spicy soy sauce with calamansi, usually it's offered as rice toppings for quick meals. Weather it's pure meat, vegetable or a combination as long as it's dumplings, count me in ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค

  7. One note I learned. If you do the wrappers yourself, dont use water. They will seal fine and with water it will be a mess.
