  1. Did she say she lined the pan with parchment paper? Should i bake it on a sheet of parchment?

  2. Looks delicious though I would not use honey and cheese. Sweet potatoes and Butternut Squash has a natural sweetness.

  3. Put the sheet pan in the oven while it is preheating, especially with potatoes. It gives them an amazing crust. Obviously be careful taking out to add vegetables.

  4. Intimidating to cut a squash or a potato. Buy them ready cut, incase you loose a finger..or something?? 😬

  5. I have never heard of putting honey, walnuts and cheese on roasted veggies! For me just the roasted veggies served as a side is perfect for me and is the healthier version without the extra calories. The extra sugar and fat is too much!

  6. As a inexperienced cook, I have no idea how you chopped some of your ingredients. I would not try your recipe as I'm not sure what each ingredient is supposed to look like.

  7. I wish the headlines on these videos would be more clear as to whether the goal is to focus on taste at the expense of healthiness or to make the best tasting healthy version This is obviously not a healthy version of roasted veggies.

  8. I will never understand people who pour the dressing onto the baking sheet instead of putting the veggies in the mixing bowl with the dressing.
