  1. I'm probably a fat ass for saying this but why remove the fat? That's the best part lol it always amazes me when someone cuts out the fat, or when they cut off the bone from the t-bone steak that's always the best part lol

  2. So how many hours do one have to cook it to make it this soft or do one just leave it in the pots without the fire after first cooking for like an hour
