  1. as a morrocan i would like to say you did a very good job with that tagine except for the fact that we don't put the chicken in the oven for a tagine we do it when we are making "DJAJ MHAMER" but that dish looks great

  3. Erm no. This is not authentic at all. In fact it’s a mess. Skin the chicken. Large slices pieces of onion not minced….use , garlic, ginger, cinnamon, CUMIN, chili powder, raw tomatoes, green olives, TUMERIC preserved lemons, CLOVES, Bay leaves, a small amount of sugar at the beginning . Black & a small amount of white pepper can be used . A lot of people put carrots and white potatoes in as well. And skin that chicken or else it’s a greasy mess. No stupid grilling.

  5. New to your channel. I will try this recipe, as I love chicken, but I want to make this for a friend, using seafood, perhaps lobster and shrimp in the shell, with mussels.

  6. Always please be careful when cutting up chicken…it can slip around and you do not want to cut yourself. Great recipe.
