as a morrocan i would like to say you did a very good job with that tagine except for the fact that we don't put the chicken in the oven for a tagine we do it when we are making "DJAJ MHAMER" but that dish looks great
Erm no. This is not authentic at all. In fact it’s a mess. Skin the chicken. Large slices pieces of onion not minced….use , garlic, ginger, cinnamon, CUMIN, chili powder, raw tomatoes, green olives, TUMERIC preserved lemons, CLOVES, Bay leaves, a small amount of sugar at the beginning . Black & a small amount of white pepper can be used . A lot of people put carrots and white potatoes in as well. And skin that chicken or else it’s a greasy mess. No stupid grilling.
