Italian fish soup. Zuppa di pesce. Mediterranean style fish soup

Ingredients:
– 2 kg of sea fish. 4-5 different species. I used sea bass, cod, rock fish, gurnard and weever fish
– 1 small ocropus, squid or calamari
– 10 fresh shrimps
– 1 big handful pf clams (vongole, mussels or st. Jacques)
– 1/2 handful of parsley
– 5 large garlic cloves
– 1 hot pepper
– 1 small onion
– 3 small carrots
– 1/2 fennel
– 1 handful of olives
– 1 kg of cherry tomatoes as varied as possible
– olive oil
– 3 anchovies
– 1 tbsp of capers
– 1 branch of rosemary
– sald and pepper
– 1/2 glass of white wine
– 1 good bread
– 1 lemon
