  1. I make something very similar at least twice a week… I switch out the walnuts for pecans, and use less Dijon mustard and a thickened balsamic. (Glaze, it’s just reduced) I also, add cooked and chilled Farro. I’m trying to eat healthier, it ain’t easy pushing 60! 😱😂🤣😂

Hey Joel, This looking like my lunch for a couple weeks, we are just getting back to work and I have to loose some weight, pandemic/booze/cheese steaks/pizzas, I look like the marshmallow man in Ghostbusters. If I make this happen would that keep in my fridge for 2 days after, or keep it at 1.
