SIYYADIEH

A Lebanese fish and rice recipe that is usually done with fresh fish and served with either a gravy or tahina-based sauce. I made it the easy way which is why I used fish fillet 🙂

Ingredients:
* Fish fillet
* Flour
* Rice
* Onion
* Garlic
* Vegetable oil
* Fish stock
* Cumin
* Cinnamon
* Black pepper
* Sweet pepper powder
* Caraway
* Turmeric
* Salt
* Butter
* Almonds
* Pine nuts
